Immune Loving Elixir

Herby Hormone Elixer mocktail

Packed with antioxidants, this immune loving elixir uses New Zealand made BioHoney Manukā Honey, frozen berries and Elderberry Switchel to add a refreshing zing to the drink.

The superstar ingredient:

Wild Dispensary Elderberry Switchel

Featuring ingredients like  mānuka and ginger root, infused with raw apple cider vinegar, this tonic is particularly satisfying after a day in the summer sun.

Choose from your favourite berries for this recipe – I like to add frozen blackberries or blueberries to up the refreshment. But you can add fresh ones if you like too.

Garnish:

  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig
  • Additional berries

Method:

  1. In a glass, mix together honey and boiling water until honey is dissolved.
  2. Add frozen berries and ice. Top with Elderberry Switchel and soda water.
