Super Antioxidant Smoothie


Antioxidants are so important to help keep your heart happy and healthy. Antioxidants protect the body from free radical damage and this tasty, refreshing smoothie is packed full of rich antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that will do just that.

Super Antioxidant Smoothie

Serving size: 4


  • 450 ml filtered water
  • 2 medium beetroots
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 TB soaked flaxseeds
  • 1 TB fresh ginger root
  • 1 TB fresh turmeric root


Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender until smooth.
