Smoothie weather is here! As warmer months approach, what better way to bask in the sunshine than with a fresh, delicious smoothie?

Since it’s always great to have plenty of options to choose from, I’ve shared three of my favourite go-to summer smoothie recipes made with ingredients your insides (and tastebuds) will love.

Green Goodness Smoothie

This deliciously zingy and refreshing green smoothie is packed with fresh greens, seeds, and Matakana Supergreens Powder to kickstart your day. Feel free to add proteincollagen or spirulina powder to give it an extra nutritious boost.
