  • Didn't work for me

    star

I tried this product because of the numerous exhausting hot flushes I was having at night-time. However, it didn't stop the hot flushes, and it had adverse side effects for me. My skin and hair became very dry, and I had to drink a lot of water as I felt dehydrated. It is a good diuretic, and clears your skin up, if that is what you are after. So then I tried Black Cohosh, but that made my heart go funny. Then I tried very low dose progesterone, and that stopped the hot flushes. But made me bloated and increased my appetite. Currently I have found that Go Healthy Meno-Free helps me sleep, but the Black Cohosh in it makes my heart a bit funny, so I cannot take it regularly. So I am trialling something else at present...

  • So grateful

    star

After having my 2nd child, an anger that was almost uncontrollable started to rear its ugly head! I put it down to lack of sleep but after trying these, the anger definitely subsided. Give it at least 2 cycles to see if you notice a difference, it took that long for me.

  • giving it another go...

    star

I have tried these a couple of months ago as my hot flushes and sweating were extreme and taking over my life! They seem to "calm" my hot flushes but I was still experiencing a milder version with the sweating so I stopped taking them and thought I would try something else. The other product didn't improve my symptoms and I now feel that the FLASH-EASE was definitely doing a better job and maybe I should just give them another go....maybe I'm one of those people who just need to give this product a bit more time.
