Method:

What you will need:

  • Clean glass jar/s
  • Mixing bowl
  • Fine sieve

To make the hot chocolate powder mix:

  1. Grab all the ingredients for your hot cacao blend.
  2. In a medium bowl, sieve together cacao and coconut milk powder.
  3. Transfer to the jar and add coconut sugar or your choice of powdered sweetener (see options below) and remaining blend ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Tightly seal the jar and store ready for a delicious healthy enriched hot chocolate.

To make a hot chocolate drink:

  1. Add 3 teaspoons of your cacao blend to your favourite mug and add hot water or alternatively add streamed warm milk of your choice.
