For the hemp mylk

  • ½ cup Chantal Organics Organic Hemp Hearts
  • 2 cups cold filtered water
  • 1-2 tablespoons liquid sweetener of choice (optional), such as agave syrup, maple syrup, or honey
  • Vanilla extract (optional)

  1. To make the hemp milk, add the hemp seeds and cold water to a blender and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
  2. Add sweetener and vanilla to taste if desired.
  3. Blend again briefly to combine any additional ingredients.
  4. Store the hemp milk in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Shake well before using, as it may naturally separate over time.
