Superstar ingredient: Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Just Natural

This loaf is packed with premium European golden pea protein which is high in protein,  low in carbs and fat – what could be better? For a complete protein with a more natural flavour (although we do love their vanilla flavour in our Superfood Summer Smoothies!), you're sure to love this delicious recipe.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Mix the quinoa flakes, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, psyllium and salt together in a bowl. 
  2. Blend the Just Natural Clean Lean Protein, water, melted coconut oil and avocado oil until well combined. 
  3. Add the almonds to the blender (with the wet mixture) and pulse a few times to break the almonds up. 
  4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Put this into a greased loaf tin and allow it to sit on the kitchen bench - an hour is enough to soak the nuts and seeds, but overnight is even better. 
  5. Bake at 175C for 20 minutes and then remove the bread from the baking tin. 
  6. Put the bread on a wire rack and bake for a further 20 minutes. 
  7. Let it cool. Enjoy! (Be sure to slice the loaf beforehand if freezing)
