How can something that looks this good be good for you too? Thanks to the alluring blue from blue spirulina, this chia seed pudding is every bit as beautiful as it is great tasting. Here to energise and uplift, this recipe calls for  Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein and chia seeds – both superb for keeping you fueled and focused for the day ahead. Superfood superstar spirulina is a nutrient-dense algae that’s rich in antioxidants like phycocyanin and is great for adding an extra boost of energy to your day.

With hints of vanilla, this delicious pudding is great to enjoy for breakfast, as a healthy pre- or post-gym snack or whenever you’re feeling peckish. The star ingredient: chia seeds

Going plant-based or looking for an alternative source of  omega-3? Chia seeds contain alpha-linolenic acid which is a rich source of plant-based omega-3s. What’s more, they also contain plenty of vitamins and minerals to help our bodies feel well. From magnesium to calcium and iron, this nutritional powerhouse is worth adding to your diet. It’s also high in antioxidants like quercetin – an all-rounder for your health, and fibre – great for keeping you feeling fuller for longer.

This wholesome ingredient can be eaten raw, soaked in juice, added to granolas – try it in our  homemade honey and raspberry granola, sprinkled over porridge or enjoyed as a pudding (our favourite!). With so many options to choose from, adding chia seeds to your day is not only highly nutritious but simple and easy too.
