The truth about Collagen

Collagen is an essential protein that works in our bodies to help build skin elasticity and support plump skin. But as we age, we slowly produce less of this protein – meaning we need to look for other ways we can get it into our diet. From powders to supplements, we love that there are plenty of ways to support our skin. But it doesn’t stop there. Collagen does so much more for us. On top of being a superstar for healthy skin, it also does wonders for bone and joint health, as well as hair and nail health too. It’s no surprise that Collagen is loved by many, and what better way to enjoy it in your diet than by mixing it into your favourite recipes? While Collagen can be used in many ways, we especially love the idea of using it in this refreshing recipe.
