Detox & Liver Info

Your liver acts as a filter to clean your blood of metabolic by-products, toxic materials and unwanted substances. It is also part of the digestive system, where it produces bile that breaks down fat for absorption in the body. Giving your liver some well-deserved care and attention, detoxing and improving diet can be immensely helpful to your overall health, as your liver can become overworked and tired due to pollution, alcohol, smoking, processed food and certain medications.

There are some amazing herbs such as turmeric and milk thistle with properties that may assist the liver and gut to cleanse and repair - whilst helping with a natural, whole body detox. Please see some great ideas for looking after your liver in our Love your Liver blog article.

I’m loving this product so far. It definitely feels like it lines my gut and makes it feel more comfortable. I like the flavour and ease of just being able to add it to water, mix it up and drink it. I also like that it has several gut healing ingredients rather than just the one.
